By accessing or using SimatriX (by SIMATRIX SOLUTIONS LLP), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Use of the platform

SIMATRIX SOLUTIONS LLP provides interactive 3D simulations for educational purposes. You may use the platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content without written permission.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each account is for a single user — sharing accounts is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans grant access to the full simulation library for the chosen duration. Subscriptions do not auto-renew without your confirmation. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have an issue.

5. Intellectual property

All simulations, content, and platform code are the intellectual property of SIMATRIX SOLUTIONS LLP. Nothing on the platform transfers any IP rights to you.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
